Young Living Essential Oils

 Young Living Catalog

We are thrilled to be able to use Essential Oils in our food preparation.

We only use Young Living products since their essential oils are classified as Therapeutic Grade, have a solid reputation for purity and are the only ones we know of which are recommended for ingesting.

Our thinking has always been ‘If you cannot ingest it, why should you inhale it?’

These essential oils are pure so in most cases a drop or two will be enough.

We love using fresh herbs in our cooking, however, most of us do not have access to growing so many varieties. Also, it is much better to use the best part of the plant.

For example, if you are using just the lemon juice, you are missing out on the d-limonene of the peel. Why not just use a few drops of Young Living’s Lemon essential oil and save all that work?

Essential oils are aromatic molecules which help the plant fend off invaders. They are the immune system of the plant.

In addition to healthy cooking, therapeutic grade essential oils can be used for aromatherapy, massage therapy, emotional health, personal care, and even household cleaning.

You would love to replace the chemicals your use to clean your house with natural essential oils, wouldn’t you?
